Abstract

The research focuses on the legal protection of tourists and the efforts of tourists who experience losses at The Geong tourist attraction. This research is written using the normative jurisprudence method with the law approach with literature studies presented in descriptive analysis referring to secondary data such as laws, journals, relevant books. This study aims to identify and analyse the legal protection related to the safety of tourists and the legal efforts that can be made by tourists when they experience losses at The Geong tourist attraction.

Penelitian terfokus pada perlindungan hukum bagi wisatawan dan upaya wisatawan yang mengalami kerugian di objek wisata The Geong. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan metode yuridis normatif menggunakan pendekatan Undang-Undang dengan studi kepustakaan yang disajikan secara deskripsi analisis merujuk pada data sekunder seperti Undang-Undang, jurnal, buku-buku yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum terkait keselamatan dan keamanan wisatawan serta upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan wisatawan apabila mengalami kerugian di objek wisata The Geong.
